Encouragement Through Autism and Lupus

Although at first glance the conditions of autism and lupus appear to be vastly different, changes in diet and exercise can improve symptoms in both.

Autism is a developmental disorder with symptoms appearing in the first three years of life. Symptoms vary widely but parents of children with autism usually notice the something wrong before the child reaches the age of 18 months. For children who are verbal and typically developing the diagnosis can be difficult to make until the child reaches four or five years old. The prevailing symptom in both verbal and nonverbal children is a low tolerance for loud noises, change in routine, and showing very little affection for caregivers. Autism appears more often in boys than girls.

Lupus is an autoimmune disease that attacks joints, muscle and skin. The disease manifests itself through low energy, widespread muscle aches and joint pain. Symptoms of lupus usually appear after 35 years of age. This disease affects more women than men.

By doing these, the toxins will be removed, the balance restored and positive energies are freer to heal the body.
